For Event Videography:
All payments made for event videography services, including but not limited to weddings, ceremonies, and other special events, are non-refundable. Once the booking is confirmed and the deposit or full payment is received, the date is reserved exclusively for your event. In the case of cancellation, the deposit or full payment will not be refunded.
For Advance Booking:
Cancellation of advance bookings for event videography services is permitted within 15 days prior to the scheduled event date. Refunds for cancellations within this period will be subject to a deduction of 30% to cover administrative and processing costs.
For Learning Programs or Live Streaming:
Payments for learning programs or live streaming services are non-refundable. Once the payment is made, access to the program or service will be provided as agreed upon. No refunds will be issued in the event of non-attendance or early termination of the program.
